There is more than 34.7 million tons of food waste produced in the entire USA every single year. Half of that is biodegradable and you think many people are taking advantage of that, but it is not true. Only 3% of the entire USA is composting. The rest 97% either haven't got the message or do not have time because of their family and their work. If only there was a way for someone to do it while they are working and reducing the amount of work for the customer. Thats where TekNo Trash comes in. This app is a part of the solution. First we will send bags to the registered businesses and they will give us a fee to pay for the bags and maintain the service. We know when we have to pick-up the bags from them once they give us a ping with our interactive app (this app). We will pick up the app and compost it ourselves and either sell the compost or give it back to the company.
